The BDSJ-DP300 monocrystalline silicon differential pressure sensor component adopts a monocrystalline silicon sensor chip made of Germany’s advanced MEMS technology and the world’s original monocrystalline silicon double-beam suspension design, achieving world-leading overvoltage performance and ensuring signal excellent stability. The built-in intelligent signal processing module realizes the perfect combination of static pressure and temperature compensation, and can provide extremely high measurement accuracy and long-term stability under a wide range of static pressure and temperature.
1 Overview
The BDSJ-DP300 monocrystalline silicon differential pressure sensor component adopts a monocrystalline silicon sensor chip made of Germany’s advanced MEMS technology and the world’s original monocrystalline silicon double-beam suspension design, achieving world-leading overvoltage performance and ensuring signal excellent stability. The built-in intelligent signal processing module realizes the perfect combination of static pressure and temperature compensation, and can provide extremely high measurement accuracy and long-term stability under a wide range of static pressure and temperature.
BDSJ-DP300 can accurately measure differential pressure and convert it into a 4~20mA DC output signal. The sensor can be operated locally through three buttons, or remotely through a universal handheld terminal, configuration software, or mobile APP. It can display and configure the sensor without affecting the 4~20mA DC output signal.

– The differential pressure sensor can perform high-accuracy measurements within the measurement range of 0.1~40kPa~4MPa. Standard calibration range accuracy: ±0.075% FS
Excellent overvoltage performance
– 1kPa standard range, one-side overvoltage reaches 1MPa 6kPa standard range, one-side overvoltage reaches 2MPa
Excellent environmental adaptability
– Intelligent pressure compensation and temperature compensation protect the transmitter from the influence of temperature and over-pressure, and minimize the comprehensive measurement error on site..
Flexible range compression
– S1, S2 range ratio: 4:1 (10:1 optional)
M1~M4 range ratio: 4:1 (10:1 optional)
L1 range ratio: 4:1 (10:1 optional)
